Garrington is one of those musicians we just trust, whether he comes to us with a solo idea, a band, or in this case a duo-sometimes-a-band.

Wattle & Riff combine Gazza’s superb guitarwork (not to mention skilled songwriting) with Darren’s soulful blues harmonica. It’s an intoxicating combination, and will get the foot tapping and the soul singing. Occasionally joined by Sam (bass) and Phil (percussion), they’re worth checking out in whatever format they arrive in.

Joined on occasions by Sam Benson (bass/guitar) & Phil Brown (percussion), Wattle & Riff are a New Tradition Blues / Country Blues / Acoustic Soul combo with a rustic texture and pure suburban musical grit.
