How to get here
Train
Evesham railway station is on the London–Oxford–Worcester–Hereford line, and just a ten-minute walk down the High Street to the pub.
Bus
You can get to Evesham by bus from a number of places including Stratford, Redditch, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Broadway and Worcester. Check bustimes.org for full details and schedules. Be warned that ‘Evesham Bus Station’ is more of a concept than a building; but it is at least only two minutes from the pub.
Bike
There are various bike stands around the square if you’re cycling, and there’s a track pump at the pub for you to borrow if you need to inflate your tyres. Evesham is, slightly embarrassingly, currently a gap on sunstrans route 442, but there are plenty of nice rides in the area.
Car
The nearest, and easiest, car park is Merstow Green, and it’s just a quick walk through the beautiful churchyard to get to the pub. Full details of Evesham’s parking facilities are on the Wychavon District Council website.
Parking is prohibited in Market Place itself, despite what it may sometimes look like.
