A traditional, friendly, real ale & cider pub with regular live music in the heart of Evesham.
We do not have a TV, fruit or quiz machines, ‘piped’ / pre-recorded music, jukebox or other distractions. We do, however, have a cozy atmosphere, great beers, regular live music and a warm welcome that’ll make you feel like you’ve been a regular for years, even if it’s your first visit.
In 2023 we won a CAMRA Special Award of ‘New Landlord Achievements‘ – the first such award made by Shakespeare CAMRA, and the Evesham Business of the Year, just in time for Tom’s first anniversary of taking over the pub. In 2025 we won a Community Champions award.

Dogs
We are dog-friendly, but ask that you keep your dog on a short lead, under control, don’t let them jump up at other customers, and keep them off the furniture. The ‘back room’ is a dog-free zone.
Opening hours
Open from noon every day; closing at midnight on Friday & Saturday, 11pm (ish) on other days.
