Butcombe started life in 1978, before moving to a new brewery with a 150-barrel plant in 2005, and was bought by Jersey-based Liberation Group ten years later, and owns a number of pubs around the West Midlands and Southern and South West England

Bristol born and made to stand out. Created from Maris Otter malt and a secret blend of English hops. Meticulously crafted before 'craft' was even a thing. Its distinctive bitter, clean and refreshing flavour has been Bristol?s go-to for good times since the 1970s.

Weighing in at a sessionable 4.1% and with an appropriate reddish hue, Chris Moose incorporates Challenger and Bramling Cross hops with notes of dried fruit and spice.
A malty and smooth, full flavoured, well balanced pale ale, Haka transports you to lush landscapes as tropical hop notes of passion fruit, mango and citrus entice the senses, giving way to a unique grapefruit sharpness.
A honey ale launched to coincide with the comedy/drama film of the same name in 2026.
