Holly Pale Ale is brewed with Calypso hops – Honey coloured, aromatic, light & fruity.

Pale in colour with sweetness and a fruity finish.

A pale beer brewed using Challenger and Goldings hops to give a delicate aroma and a gentle bitterness. Amber malt contributes a light biscuit flavour. One of Roger Protz’s top 50 micro brewers’ cask ales.

Otter Bright was one of the original really pale beers. ‘Bright’ made her debut in the summer of ’96 but has since earned a regular place in our full time line up. Originally designed to tempt lager drinkers from the dark-side, now a well respected trendsetter in the UK.
