Squeal Of Fortune
4.1%The wonderfully-named Squeal of Fortune is Uley Brewery’s summertime special. Described by the brewer as “crisp, refreshing, and just a little bit crunchy”, it’s brewed with the expressive Zappa hop (yes, named after Frank). The genre‑defying beer sits somewhere between traditional ale and modern craft lager. It opens with a clean, crisp snap, moves into soft peach and papaya notes, and settles into a gentle pale‑malt richness.
